Course Review: Our technical instructors and course developers are available to conduct both brief and in-depth reviews of course flow, technical accuracy, audience appropriateness, delivery length and timing, and other key aspects of course design.

Course Upgrade: Course developers with in-depth knowledge in the class subject area can re-write course materials to reflect new operating systems (e.g. the upgrade to Solaris 9) or hardware releases.

Course Migration: Technical expertise in the subject area allows our course developers to efficiently re-write course materials to reflect new hardware platforms (or moves between hardware platforms).

Course Customization: Tailoring a class for a new audience with a different set of technical skills and needs draws on the real-world talents of our staff. Having each spent at least one tour of duty as developers, engineers, technical sales engineers, and reps, our course developers can identify with and work closely with representatives of the new target audience for the class. They combine their experience, their course content knowledge, the input from the customers, and their writing skills to create highly-targeted courses.

"Lead Course Developer" Management: Our seasoned instructors/developers are available to coordinate all of the technical input from other instructors, customers, and developers; create a revision plan; direct course development staff; and present Alpha and Beta teaches of new/updated classes.
